What counts as a seat?
Any person who signs in during the month: agents, managers and owners. A person who is deactivated stops counting the next month.
Is there a separate manager or owner tier?
No. Roles and grants are part of every seat. A brokerage with two owners and eight agents pays for ten seats and one brokerage.
Do we pay extra for the load-board connectors?
No. You keep paying the boards for your own accounts, as you do now. The connectors are included with every seat.
Do multiple companies or brands cost more?
No. Companies and brands live under one organization and are included in the brokerage fee.
Can we bring our records from the CRM we use now?
Migration is guided. Tell us which system you are leaving in the request form; pilot brokerages start with an import and a review period before the whole desk moves.
Can we export our data?
Reports, analytics, hours and statements download as CSV today, for owners and anyone they grant export to, and each download is written to the audit log. A full export of every record is not built yet.
